Outreach is a young surface — the MVP ships campaigns, sending, and basic warmup. Unibox, sub-sequences, and multi-channel routing land in later phases.
Channels
- Email — Gmail OAuth, Microsoft 365 OAuth, or generic SMTP fallback.
- SMS — Twilio (preferred), Telnyx, Vonage. Per-number credentials.
- Voice follow-up — bind a voice agent to a campaign step to call non-responders.
Concepts
- Campaign — a list of recipients plus a sequence of steps.
- Sequence — ordered email/SMS steps with delays, conditional branching, and engagement filters.
- Engagement filters — only send step N+1 if step N was opened / not opened / replied / not replied / clicked / not clicked.
- Warmup — gradual sender-reputation ramp via a third-party warmup API.
Compliance
